Carl Sara creates and delivers strategy plans to win government contracts

Carl Sara has a 35 year career delivering Federal technology and transformational solutions to all government agencies and the commercial sector.  He has successfully managed organizations as large as 400 professionals and provided enduring horizontal and vertical solutions for the defense, intelligence and civil governmental communities as well as for industry. He is widely known as one of the leading Federal sales consultants in the DC region and one of the top producers of Federal technology solutions for his clients. 

Carl Sara has provided successful enterprise solutions to the Department of Defense at the highest levels, including to former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld. He spent 12 years guiding the largest of Federal Aviation Administration integration challenges, 11 years in defense and intelligence work, and 14 years in enterprise transformation engagements.  He has helped government agencies modernize and provided the rationalization engine behind major e-tail and technology mergers. Mr. Sara has acted as Program Manager and guided numerous full life-cylce ERP implementations at various agencies.  

Carl Sara has published countless technical papers and is the author of "The Enterprise Transformation Framework". He has a thorough understanding of Federal Government operations and processes and is a regular industry speaker on such topics.  He is a member of the Program Management Institute and has been a regular participant at such industry associations as AFCEA and PSC.
